Your computer (laptop or desktop or tablet) needs to have internet connection and a web browser like chrome etc. for the tutoring sessions. The interactive whiteboard works even if you do not have a webcam enabled. Which means that the sessions are always live, in real time and interactive.

Yes. Tutorem provides a default schedule for each kid to begin their path to excel. Of course the session timings can be customised based on the need.

Which means that we are so confident of our teaching methods that we show the progress of the kid in detail. The reports are very detailed and shows the exact areas that the teacher will be focussing in future sessions.

Our tutors include Tutors and subject matter experts who are located throughout the globe. Before becoming part of Tutorem, every tutor goes through a rigorous selection process to ensure quality. Out of seven tutors that interview for Tutorem only 1 makes it through. Thereafter, we train, support, develop and constantly review our tutors to ensure they provide consistently good quality teaching that’s right for your child.

The Tutorem system is AI driven and completely automated and we strive to keep the student-tutor interaction consistent. But in some unforeseen circumstance the tutor might need to be replaced for one or more sessions.

Yes. Our Education Team maps all our content to the Australian Curriculum in each state. All content is relevant to your child’s school syllabus and what they’re covering in the classroom.

We do not store any of your payment details in our application. We are processing our payments with the help of one of the leading global payment processing companies  and only store the transaction reference number in our system.

2.Online Bank account transfers are FREE of cost.

3. All Australian card payments will involve a 2% card processing fee which is on top of the purchase cost.

4. All payments processed in a Bank branch will incur a fee of AUD 2.50.

Yes, we do accept genuine reschedule requests up to a predefined number of times. All rescheduling requests require an 8-hour notice and can be availed by using the relevant option from the parent profile.
